Aya hirano should be number one but I'm surprised she in the list considering all the bad news she's been in. She's really cute
I'm surprised she can make it onto the list and Shoko-tan's name doesn't even come up. Sure she sticks cats in her mouth and can look pretty creepy when she wants to, but on the flip side she's still a really pretty and die-hard jojo fan on top of being a seiyuu.
Probably because Shoko-tan doesn't really do a lot of VA work. She's involved in the anime industry in many ways and voice acting is only a small part of it unlike most of the people on this list.
So the reports say about her. Especially the reports from Sankaku Complex, the Fox News of Japan (fair and balanced, my ass).

I had no idea that was her in Kiseiju. For some reason I thought that was Aya Hisakawa. Yes, I must admit she was very good.
