If you seriously expect anyone on SanCom to be sympathetic towards anyone's plight, you must be a total noob. This is one of the internet's cesspools.
While I live in a richer country than you do, I still don't have the money to pump into someone else's dream like that. I have my own dreams, after all.
Some advice: I regularly game/voicechat with people from over the world, including 2nd/3rd world countries. Some of them actually managed to get to western Europe or the USA and live nicer lives there. Not saying those countries/continents are perfect, but they are better and pay better wages. Focus on getting there first.
Or go to japan if you're an otaku anyway, but keep in mind that is harder.
