The newest entry into the Tales Of series has arrived in the form of “Tales of Berseria”, unusually gracing the RPG with a solo female protagonist.

In traditional announcement fashion, no other information has been divulged other than the fact that it will be available for PS3 and PS4 and that ufotable will once again handle animating the cutscenes.

Berseria is such a stupid name. I'd like to see a Tales game that DOESN'T end in "ia", like Abyss, Destiny, or Hearts.

Actually Berserius is a name that has come up several times already in the Tales franchise, mainly in the Destiny universe.
On another note I hope they learn from the desaster that was Zestiria. I for one will not be preordering and wait for the reviews.

Uh...you're missing a few things on Tales of Berseria Sankaku.
For Berseria, the girl you see in the image is apparently supposed to be the solo main character. No information of what type of cast will support her, or if there is on.
Its also suppose to be Open world, though i doubt it will reach the lvls of fallout Skyrim, Or hell even Fuel(Hah)
No shitty white bread English dub, please. LOL. Just kidding, I'm buying the Japanese version, anyway, like I do with all my games.

So the main will either be soothing Minami Haruka or tsundere Misaka Mikoto. Eitherway I call it that main group will be female cast with one or two male character and one is calling her onee-sama(propably a loli chara)and she is a berserker so a giant sword and might have dual pistol as a secondary + can shoot a coin.

Since when has a tales game ever been graphically intense? Truthfully I don't find it surprising its also on the ps3
Phantasia was pretty graphically advanced on the SNES. Symphonia was one of the best looking RPGs at the time when it came out on the Gamecube (so much so that the PS2 couldn't handle it - the PS2 version ran at half the framerate with downgraded visuals).
I don't care that it's on PS3, I'm not gonna cry about it like that other guy. But you're wrong that Tales games have never been graphically intense.
Yeah it's been more than a year for the PS4 in Japan time for devs to go all in and make it PS4 only. Japan still seems reluctant so if it's on PS3 they'll just get that version
considering i still havent managed to get the money to buy a ps4, im always happy when they announce games for both consoles :D

This is good, more jrpgs need female leads, I'm sorry the usual hothead emo male lead has kinda gotten old and needs to go.
Hothead emo male lead was never a thing. Unless you count Leon Magnus, since he got to be the protagonist from popularity, but that's just one time.
Now if you're talking about all the goody-two-shoes, then you'll make sense.
