I’m not exactly a fan of 3DPD, but around 50% or more of people have oral herpes, and not necessarily from sex. More colloquially, people call them “cold sores”.

Mostly it’s from poor hygiene, like people who lick their fingers after eating and touching doorknobs or computers (disgusting savages), people sneezing/coughing without covering, or people sharing food and utensils.

Most people who have oral herpes probably have early memories of it during childhood.
