I'm guessing this woman is Scathach: she has red eyes
and a red magic spear similar to Gae Bolg(Scathach taught Cu Culainn how to use it).
Or Aoife, Scathach's sister, who also used Gae Bolg in some versions. Nasuverse says Scathach became something closer to a god, so while that might disqualify her as a Servant candidate, anything aside from Fate and Zero seems to ignore things like lore or sense.
Nice! Since the charac design of Aoife is so close to Aoko (from Mahoyo), it's not that far stretched.
Nasu could've changed his mind, if we consider the fact that Scathach could've been summoned in the False Holy Grail; however, since that was meant to be a joke, it's best to not take that seriously.

as far as I remember that fits Scathach's personality in Type Moon universe
also, Joke is usually taken seriously in Fate Universe... who would've thought that they ended up releasing complete servant profile for Sakura Saber complete with her noble phantasm and skill details
I noticed something a while ago. We got so many lancers from Celtic lore and the lot of them are linked to Cu Culainn. Is it really hard for Nasu to put some asian heroes in his works? I remember that there was Lu Bu or something, but he was a Berserk Class...
I think having an Irish Lancer became something of a tradition now.
1) I doubt Nasu chose and made the concepts for all the Servants in this game
2) There's 3 Irish Lancers, that's not a big deal because they're still spearmen, compare that to how we have SIX Casters who aren't mages, especially when a 5 minutes clicking on Wikipedia will give you 30+ mythological mages to work with just fine.
Also compare that to how 6/8 Sabers are either from Arthurian legends, looks like Arturia, or somehow related to Excalibur. Intentional unoriginality isn't anything new in Typemoon.
3) Cu Chulainn is in this game as a Caster, so who's to say they can't make Lu Bu a Lancer in this one as well.
4) Musashibou Benkei is confirmed as one of the Lancers in this game already.
5) Also Kojirou has been around ever since the first installment as an "Asian hero", so I don't know what you're talking about.

Lu Bu was actually classified to be viable for any Servant Class except for Caster and Saber, since his halberd was capable of becoming a bow and arrow, as well as Red Hare being qualified to be a Noble Phantasm all on it's own.

It's a usual business model for "fully" voiced mobile game. Saves money.

This would be true if Cu himself didn't have a role in this new game, But he actually has two Servant class in F/GO.
Usual Badass and Lancer, and a new Caster Cu where he uses his runes more.
