Like 99% of lists this turned out to be a popularity poll rather than an actual listing of good leaders. Akane and Mustang are the only 2 in the top 10 who be good to work under.
To be fair Levi seems to be a fairly competent leader. As a boss? He's pretty damn inhumane.

To be fair, (as absurd as you think this is) Freeza's at least the most comical character they could have listed. (And as bad and lame as most of these lists typically are, this was actually something I'd've recommended just for the sake of humor.)

This list is more like: Who would be the worst boss in the universe? Under Levi or Frieza you would have a life expectation of maximum 1 month, if you're lucky.

Yea... sure. Same story. One person can't log off, may not be who they think they are, the story of people getting to know this person, with very little combat. As opposed to the story where everyone is stuck in the game, people die for realsies, combat very often, exploration of technological ideas. So yea, totally the exact same story.
