They stepped up the ecchi this season.
This is one of the few times i'm watching an anime like this not for the Fan Service, but for the actual characters and story. All those beautiful breasts are like a bonus.

That discussion about how nipples are basically the same as doorbells is a classic. The show doesn't pretend to be anything other than it is and it wallows in it's pit of bare boobs.
This is the first titty anime I've actually stuck around for this long with. Even my girlfriend got into it, which never usually happens with boobanime.
That's the beauty of this show. It doesn't think it's not what it is. Other tittie anime always take their "plots" and forced character development too seriously.
I've read past this season in the light novel, and there really IS character development.

Depends on a combination of things like studio, channel and timeslot it airs in. It's generally not censored for shits and giggles/bd sales as most people think.
For example iirc season 1 of this aired on 2 diff channels and was streamed online, one channel was censored, the other (later in the week on a diff channel) wasn't. The streamed one was also censored.
