The Japan Animator Expo (responsible for the likes of the absurdly reputable ME!ME!ME!) has unveiled its 15th engaging animated short, “Obake-chan“, delivering a healthy dose of moe as the animation showcases short random scenes involving a cute ghost-girl – ranging drastically in mood from adorable to plain weird.
