Oh for fuck's sake. Our hero knows what a twat the villain is, so punches him in the face and walks off....... to let the villain rise again and cause more mayhem and devastation. Absolute Duo is a nice series, especially its novels. Unfortunately, the actual quality of its animated version is kinda poor..

Best anime of the year 2099. This kind of show are always so good. Original story, original type of characters that you cannot find anywhere. They have real plot that allows more people to watch this.

Nothing wrong with showing skin lots and lots during any or all episodes, but much wrong with making up excuses for it, which is just bad writing.
Just make some characters ethical sluts (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EthicalSlut) and include sexual themes openly, that's the right way to do it.
