A live action film has been announced for the widely lauded Vocaloid classic Sakura no Ame, an event that may have fewer fans bewildered than expected (at least in comparison to other Vocaloid-inspired movies) due to the piece’s rather nostalgic nature and melancholic charm.
Composed by the talented Halyosy, the song received such acclaim that it was performed at graduation ceremonies for various schools across Japan – even inspiring a novel in addition, with the only thing left to complete its mixed media mini-empire being an anime it would seem.
Sakura no Ame, as sung by the esteemed Hatsune Miku:
Further information about the movie’s contents and release should be disseminated on the official website once available.

Why doesn't it seem to be possible to make a proper Vocaloid anime?
Because... reasons?
Because like Touhou, 90% of what we believe we know of every Vocaloids are 'fanon'.
Therefore, when you try forcing 'fanon' into 'canon', what you will get is a raging army of geeks who thinks that the anime betrays their 'fanon', the yuri otas who are going to rage if Miku and Luka doesn't kiss, the fujoshis who will rage if Kaito and Len doesn't have gay sex, and general haters who will rant if you as much as show an original character.
In other words, you won't make more fans and you will just make an army of haters regardless of what you do.
You forgot the rage that will occur if Len and Rin arent together. Twincest is best.
But they aren't really blood related.
since they don't have "blood".. so yeah they are not "blood" realted
