Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F Trailer “Frieza’s New Form!”

Hardcore Dragon Ball Z fans have shown mixed reactions over the content of the latest “Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F” trailer, which depicts a threatening new form for the indomitable Frieza – though seeming to instill horror of a different kind to a select few who unfavorably compare the new form’s color scheme a young child’s art project.
The new trailer, which features insert songs from Momoiro Clover Z and Maxim the Hormone:
Fans can however be assured that the usual array of intense fast-paced battles will still make their appearance – Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F will air in theaters on April 18th.

Considering all the past transformations for Frieza were so drastic in changes, this is definitely a letdown. Even Cooler had a... better fifth form and he's not even canon.

That isn't even his final form.
Maybe it is not a new form per say, maybe instead Frieza obtained "god" power like Goku did in the previous film. Goku did not really change much but his hair/body and aura took on a redish hue, maybe the same thing is happened to Frieza?

I mean I kind of get the gold color scheme. Cooler turned silver/chrome from fusing with the Big Gete Star and became Meta-Cooler. Maybe this time around Frieza fused with something too?

My question is why don't we get to see the 4th transformation on him at least? I'm also disappointed that Goku wont go super saiyan on the poorly conceived notion he doesn't need it anymore. Super Saiyan forms are meant to increase your powers beyond the base form's limits. So he's basically asking to get his ass beaten to the next dimension cause he's too stupid to realize he could win with SS God. I did read though there is a possibility that Vegeta might steal the show.

Goku is trying to make his base form, and his normal Super Saiyan 1 form more powerful since he said SSJ 2 and 3 are just more powerful versions of SSJ 1 but expend a lot more energy.
SSJ4 is still the coolest of them all.
SSJ4 was all just a bad dream it never happened.
Don't worry, Dragon Ball will carry on and make sure it has the same transformation as all the PlayStations
