    What the... 90s hentai girls weren't "shy and conservative". Actually, in most of them they were just getting violently raped anyways (sometimes within the first minutes) and the only real emotion they showed before getting fucked was fear. The few anime they weren't they were pretty much horny and making most of the moves. The only "demure" and "cute" example I can think of off the top of my head was maybe in Elven Bride, although the lead girl in that was actually married to the lead guy. Then there was hentai like Midnight Panther where they kicked ass (and, if early 2000 anime counts, Angel Blade where they tried to kick ass but got raped. woo...).

    Yeah I can understand that problem for flat chest fans. 10/10, if a girl in anime has a flat or small chest she's not an adult. That's one of the things I have to admit anime is fucked up about... well, Japan in general, even in their games. It's weird... even in their games. Actually, if a woman ever is drawn with a small chest it's probably in a G-rated kind of anime where the woman isn't supposed to be seen as sexual at all (but even in that case I can't think of an example off the top of my head). This is another reason I hate Japan's addiction to throwing lolis into everything, it's just unhealthy where you're getting people who would never be lolicons in real life liking loli characters because it suits them better than the alternatives. We're forced to accept one extreme or the other most of the time.

An "obligatory anything" in an anime/hentai that's clearly catering to a certain group for the most part shouldn't break the mood for that targeted audience by trying to appease another audience. It's like a fanservice anime that's clearly for guys where suddenly there's one single scene where two guys are getting cozy to eachother, and it's not even played for laughs. Keep that stuff for its own anime or an anime where the target audience is everyone (meaning equal amounts of something for everyone). Hopefully you get a pettanko hentai without any obligatory oppai, one day.
