Renowned puzzle game phenomenon Puzzle & Dragons has announced yet another wallet-intensive collaboration, this time featuring the equally renowned RPG franchise Final Fantasy – an unsurprising revelation considering the game’s previous association with Nintendo, to say nothing of Square Enix’s hostility towards having to produce new games when they can endlessly recycle old ones.
Images were revealed featuring two of the RPG’s admired characters, Cloud and Yuna:
Final Fantasy VII creator Nomura Tetsuya even sketched up an illustration in celebration:
No information has been revealed as to what the collaboration will involve or when it will arrive, but it seems Puzzle & Dragons will not give up on the idea of joint alliances with major franchises anytime soon – though whether their overseas success ever rubs off on it is another matter.
Please be excited, Cloud NTR.
Damn!! That creator can draw his ass off!
P&D is slowly dying. Been playing on the Japanese server ever since it started, you can tell the game is nearing its final stages with the amount of desperation events and power creeping they are throwing out.
Well, that’s the japanese server. If they throw it outside japan it would grow. A lot of suckers on the west would actually buy into this. Just look at candy crush.
Puzzle & Dragons is slowly but surely turning into the biggest slut of all games. All these crossovers SMH.
I like that l♥♥i slut cat girl that represents P&D (pettanko & dragonz)
oh how the great have fallen
