Kantai Collection Arcade Game Surfaces

The Japan Amusement Expo has announced a new arcade game for absurdly popular naval-girl franchise Kantai Collection, sure to give players obsessed with the thrill of kanmusu collecting an unhealthy new distraction – and further retaining the “collection” aspect by having players use cards to play in traditional Aimasu style.
Some images of the game have been divulged, revealing the girls in wondrous 3D CG (possibly explaining where the CG used in the anime came from) and overall allowing for a more immersive experience:
No information has been revealed concerning a release date.

I can understand how stuff like Taimanin Arena does it with hentai from popular artists so often, but I still wonder what the draw is for the other ones..

I guess people actually still go to arcades in Japan.
Actually, arcades are still a big thing in Japan and most of SEA.
This will likely see some kind of console adaptation in the future.(most likely a PS4 game) The question after that is: Will it ever make it outside of Japan?
This really needs a PC release, or something similar be brought to PC. World of Warships isn't cutting it >_<, not unless they make the ships look like some cute anime girls

There are multiple ways to enjoy the kancolle game if you actually want to play it, and once you learn how to navigate the game its actually pretty easy since there is so much help online.
He's talking about this arcade game rather than the browser version. For the practically dead arcade scene in the US it's pretty much impossible to get one. And the only countries to actually get this is probably some East asian countries like Hong Kong with some South Eastern ones like Singapore and Indonesia.
Also, it's Sega, who usually can't be arsed to localise anything.
The arcade design looks really unique and impressive. Especially the controls.
I want this now... and a good thing it's actually, possible since my country still has awesome arcades.
