You have to understand something. As you have observed, just a few anime are 100% yuri, most of them are not. This is because there are people other than yourself, and the markets, surprisingly, do not focus only on your personal tastes, but instead work towards matching supply and demand.

You need to get a life. This show is based on a manga that is ecchi but a good story. They make most anime based on popularity of the manga and that is what becomes and anime.
There is all type of anime.. childrens, young teens, teens, adults there is anime for everyone! It is not just harem adult animes I have plenty of series I am watching with no ecchi content at all! So do not use the excuse that all anime is ecchi!

When most Anime become about loser males, nudity and harems, it really says something about Japanese culture.
It's become so so so very hard to even find a good series or eve live movie in Japan. Most things in Japan are about wimpy men getting attention from hot chicks that would never like them in real life. Japanese men are too lazy to better themselves in real life.
Sad but true, but everything has it's time. During 70's-80's anime usually has 4 guys and a girl driving a giant robot then in the 90's harem anime start to emerge. Maybe the next few years those generic harem anime might start to decline. For now it's still very strong. If you don't like it, just endure the inevitable.

Anime is a creative medium just like any other. Cartoons, film, video games, tv shows. They are platforms for someone to create whatever they want.
If someone want's to make a G, PG, R, or X rated movie, they can. If someone want's to make cartoons for kids, teens, or adults, they can. The same rules apply to anime.
Do you walk into a kids movie at the theaters and scream out how there should be more violence?

On the other hand I give you that back than nudity was a nice extra and nicely fitted in the show, nowaday, in an ecchi series, the plot is around the pantyshots and there is no guarantee that you will see anything on the BD version.
