Once again, the anime seems to be putting things in the wrong order, mutual happy ending shouldn't be something that's available so early on, heck I don't even think breaking from the formula of sending one each reincarnation and void should be broken so quickly after what we got last week.
A happy ending should be something that feels rewarding, putting it up early on mitigates the impact it could otherwise have if you are to put it out on ep 5-7.
Its likely establishing the rules up until now we didnt know there was even a possibility for both to go to the same place. It was hinted at when the assistant suggested the first couple both could have been happy but not confirmed.
Be prepared for the super depressing bad ending them.
I thought they were gonna use the bowling ball as a way of detecting if they were lying to each other and turn into a melt down fest like last ep. Whole time I was anxious of when shit was gonna hit the fan lol. Glab it turned out to be so touch though.
