I clearly have a different definition to bulky. She’s certainly athletic, but is definitely not bulky. Unless she’s a giant, guaranteed if you met her in person you’d retract that belief. She needs a better trainer in the gym. She’s built up her upper body quite a bit, but neglected her legs. She needs to do more leg exercises to even out the mass she’s put on her upper body.
I do agree that the fake tan does emphasize things more.
