If you INSIST, you might get lucky finding TS dumps with embedded closed captions on Winny, Share or Perfect Dark.
Why would you need Japanese subtitles? You would have to know the language first. Also they're more for the deaf/hard of hearing.
They also help for people wanting to learn Japanese.
Not everyone is a beginner. If they want Japanese subtitles, they must know enough to atleast benefit from it.
I learned "oppai","gomennasai", "bukka" and "daijoubu" from anime (in that order of course).
If you're a beginner you would gain nothing learning that way.
