Exercising do wonders you know? I think the fact that Japanese people often walk or bike for school/grocery shopping/convenience store/ and have healthier diets allows them to eat without gaining weight. At least when I was in Japan I ate more than all my coworkers and still lost some weight and got healthier. Using a bicycle every day does wonders.
