Im the anon who made that comment and i agree with you, the problem is that while advanced and educated people are not breeding, the uneducated and salvage apes are breeding like rabbits. I live in Argentina so i know what im talking about, our democracy has turned into a oclocracy thanks to the overwhelming numbers of apes. Im learning english so sorry for the writting mistakes.
