The latest in controversial rankings to appear looks at which shows have the worst-dressed characters – when they can somehow be persuaded to change out of their nearly omnipresent uniforms, school or otherwise.

Though I don't actually really remember there being many weird clothes, most of the time they just wore their school uniforms. Well, Mion/Shion had the weird holster thingy, which I believe was for the stungun.
If you had read the post, you would realize this ranking (like all of Sankaku's rankings) are taken from another Japanese site. I mean Higurashi was shit, but don't hate on Sankaku for telling the truth, Japan already knew it and they're just cribbing results.

Pre time skip wasn't so bad. Their clothes looked halfway normal. Post time skip...I can only imagine how drunk Oda must be when he designs things.

They had some weird ones yes, but a lot of school uniforms too. It's not the first show that comes to mind when I think of weird attire.

I think Orihime's alternate costume looks just fine. Rukia, on the other hand, looks like a tramp.

Nah they are trolling you. Actually it wouldn't surprise me if this list was a list of well dressed characters.
Except for DBZ. Well sort of, it was pretty ok anyway.
Sankaku's trolling. The actual ranking was "Anime with bad casual wear." Ones where their suited up or uniformed look is so iconic or engrained, they look odd lounging around in their off hours.
So of course Sankaku changed everything, hunted down fanart and pinups where they look good, and turned it into "controversial" clickbait. Some still wearing their uniforms and exercise clothes. Only the Dragon Ball one follows the criteria so it looks out of place.
'From the new world' had nice clothes. I think they should have added that in.

Except for Orihime, Kubo give her a hot body and dress her like a nun, only the recent outfit is a good one.
I dunno. The majority of Orihime's outfits may not show much skin, but they still do a great job of showing off her bodyline. I mean, it could be far worse; there are characters out there with tits about as huge as hers, but you'd be hard pressed to tell due to the clothing they wear.

I don't really see how it's possible to say that characters from K-On, Evangelion, and Higurashi are badly dressed. The same applies to SEED and 00.
Except for dragon ball z which I had to say it in a batman voice "I'm badman" and reminds me of 60's pictures of middle age men going to play balling. All the rest seem fine or even would look good on real people.

The heck is K-ON!! doing on this list? The girls' casual clothes when they are out of uniform look great. They have a decent fashion sense if you ask me.
Agreed! They occasionally have some quirky casual outfits, but in all honesty, they match the character personalities quite well. I really like their school uniforms as well. I think blazers look very nice compared to sailor uniforms. I'm a sucker for classy dressed girls, haha.
K-ON needed more bikini action. Especially for Mio and Mugi!!!

I agree bleach did a good job in most cases with outfits as did gundam in gundum seed and 00s case they arent set in present times anyways so they get a little help in the future department.

Fashion is weird. Every decade something new looks good and fashion from last decade looks silly. Most people know that, yet they still follow fashion fully aware that they will be laughed at a decade later.
I actually like Vegeta in that shirt and Lunamaria looks hot in that outfit. Same goes for Rukia and Otohime.
