I still believe Lelouch isn't dead, I rather think he turned into a Geass-person himself, making CC-chan human again.
When he was impaled by "Zero" and slid down to his sister, she saw his memories.
Something that happened very early, when Lelouch held CC as she sort-of-died and he fell into hers.

it makes no sense, if he died, then that means they just had some completely random new character at the ending, grinning with a smirk. It shouldn't even be up for debate.

You do realize that the time line for this OVA is somewhere between the end of season 1 and season 2, right?

CC's still immortal. Lulu took VV/Charlulu's code.

Well, remember, these oav's are running concurrently with the first show. So, if he lived (heh) or died, he'd still be alive for these oav's.

He's the cart driver at the end. He can't die anymore.

some still believe that's faked, even thought it was in the original broadcast, I believe he is still alive. The cart scene is in the last episode of the RAW file directly from Japan's TV. I don't care if director decided to say he's dead later, you made the scene, words won't erase it.

    lelouch, is in the picture.

that aside, having him really dead makes the ending much more epic. i'd take that over 2014-moe-infested code geass 3 anytime

It's a side story, that means it may play in an alternate universe or be a fever dream of fuck-knows-who.

And I made that theory up the moment I saw the last episode.

It's not a side story or an alternate universe. It takes place during Code Geass R2.

see the guy with the eye patch? that's him. charles doesnt use his geass to alter leleouch's memory directly to as it is at the start of r2. he first altered it and gave lelouch a make-believe fake identity that he's a high-ranked brittania officer and dispatched him to europe during whole akito story as a strategic planner for brittania army there. after the the story is resolved, charles gave him another memory modification, which results in lelouch at the beginning of r2.

I wait for the next episode, the "flase" ending to original serie give a possible and other story in britania.

I'm interested to watch a good and different "ending" for Britania.

Yup, this takes place during the 1 year that's missing between R1 and R2. Lelouch died in 2018, whereas the PV clearly states that it's the year 2017.

Please do everyone a favor and stop spouting crap about Lelouch being alive after R2.

Code Geass is a good series, don't get me wrong. But when it was dubbed, it introduced a shit load of faggy tweens into the fandom. Dubs can do that..
