Not satisfied with merely releasing the likes of cult classic Clannad, top VN translators Sekai Project have launched a Kickstarter for yet another visual novel endeavor, this time with Grisaia no Kajitsu‘s visual novel trilogy being their goal.

The Kickstarter has rapidly become a massive success, with its goal of $160,000 being amassed in but one day – demonstrating the enthusiasm visual novel fans are famous for.

Wait if these are the vita ones, that means all the h-scenes will probally be removed. Since it is a pc port of the vita version thats already out in japan. Unless sony japan has started to offically allow porn on their consoles. I won't buy them if they lack the h-scenes, many of them in the first game added to the story.

Since editing never seems to work for me here on firefox i'll add the edit here. I and many others probally won't bother with these unless its the orignal 18+ version with the ero scenes, in some of them they lose some of the plot when its made from a 18+ to a all ages version, Like Aselia the Eternal lost an entire route, and the green spirit girl, Esmeralda had huge holes in her back story. I don't get why they don't release a uncensored translated ver of the orignal 18+ pc releases, then just apply that translation to the vita/console all ages ver.

I've been holding off on playing it or watching it in hopes that they do the Vita version, I can't stand sitting down and playing VNs on PC/home consoles.

Angelic howl in amanes story is completely fubared on the vita, enjoy a "reimagined" story until the +18 is announced.

Only probalm I have with this Kickstarter is its the mangled Vita version... Im not just talkin about hscenes, things like Amanes angelic howl chapter are completely changed to be less severe.

    completely kills her route :(

I love it when a game gets translated so it can be enjoyed by "kawaii desu nee" casuals like me who can't stand H scenes. I mean, who even wants to fap to 2d girls. NOT ME, OBVIOUSLY (;・∀・) Not to mention the CHEAP pledge amounts required for desirable unofficial goods.

    Sekai Project is the best!

They have said a few times the 18+ version will happen, Yet they have said nothing more then that.

Not to mention, many time in the all-ages version the part of the storyline is lost.

Aselia the Eternal eng offical release had the h-scenes removed, and that left glaring plot holes in one of the girls storys. I don't get why they don't just do the adult versions on pc, and just cut the h-scenes for consoles. Insted of buthering the pc version. Why the hell do they do this?

I understand his point, but an eroge without the ero is big lost.

You can grab a cheaper tier and get the dakimakura as a plus. 110 Obamas, though.

Why are they porting the Vita version to PC? I would rather have the original eroge 18+ version on PC!

So ignore higher resolution images and 16:9, all so you can have the 'original'?

I dunno I played the vn and had it full screened at 1920x1080 res and the images were fine. There is also the fact Amane's route was butchered to be less severe.

The first game (kajitsu) was anyway, but meikyuu and rakuen haven't been.

It's laughable to have to pay $420 for a daki that isn't even an official print. I already got the sofmap yumiko daki tokuten off of yahoo auction japan years ago. Because I can play and read untranslated eroge, I feel that the experience of playing the game is compromised when it's translated. It loses some of its charm, or some/many lines just sound cheesy/dumb in English. I can't like it anymore when the thought crosses my mind that other plebs/casuals are going to be playing as well. Can't enjoy something someone I don't like enjoys. Same reason why I don't like mainstream stuff and if a game is getting translated, it pretty much is mainstream. I dislike weeaboos, including myself but pretty much people in general, too I guess.

Oh well, congratulations to Frontwing; this will be good for their sales!
