Illinois furry convention “Midwest Furfest” was recently the target of a poison gas incident, though police are seemingly yet to establish whether it is a “hate-crime” against the much put upon minority or some sort of internal feud.
Investigations have led police to believe that the poison leak may have been intentional as a broken container was found in a stairwell, which was suspected of housing a chlorine-containing substance.
As a result of the gas, 19 people were hospitalized with minor complaints. No serious injuries were reported.
Despite the rather hazardous event, the convention managed to resume normal operation the following day – although possibly future events will find venues even more reluctant to host them as a result.

Furries.. one of the few things i can't even begin to comprehed, they're right next to scat on this small list.
My brother is a furry.
He relied on its community and support structure of enthusiasts to work through his confusion about his homosexuality while growing up under my sheltering orthodox christian parents. When he came out to them, it was myself and his friends in this circle that helped him cope with mom's especially horrid OVER-reaction.
Being furry is almost exclusively NEVER about bestiality. It is a symbolic evolution of its enthusiasts' repressed sexual identities finding a community to belong to.
IOW, don't condemn what you didn't even begin to TRY and understand before shortcutting straight to judgment and gross comparisons, bastard.

Well, I agree that if there's no harm people should be free to do whatever they want, no matter how depraved and obscene one may think that is.
However, bestiality seems likely to harm a living creature unable to refuse to participate in it. I'd say bestiality should be treated as rape unless some way to determine whether the animals want to participate is established and everything's done with their informed consent.
And before someone brings it up, yes, I believe underage humans can decide what to do with their bodies. My only issue with bestiality is the difficulty in communicating consent across species.

I don't think the issue is with bestiality, i think just when you see someone parading in a cartoon animal costume and changing it into some sort of subculture mother nature marks that person as someone that has to be eliminated. I don't really have legitimate reason to hate furries. But it's not the first time i get the urge to harass and destroy someone i don't even know, it's just that some people have this sort of vibe that encourages others to harass and fight them. I actually know quite a few furries and, while being a furry isn't about bestiality, there does seem to be a high rate of people who are into bestiality among the furry populous (least the ones who admitted it). Furry has nothing to do with sexuality. Of course, there are exceptions (there always are), but the main thing about it is to create something better than humans and human stuff (as a better society with kind, accepting people, sort of a utopia). and that's it. they just want to create a place where everyone is accepting, peaceful etc.

Did you know that rats from different clans kill each other based on the smell? The way they do this is by the whole fucking clan hunting down the one that doesn't belong and eating away at his life with their small tooths. This process is pretty long.
