Sexy battle anime Highschool DxD‘s upcoming 3rd season has been given the rather odd title of “Highschool DxD BorN”, with the show’s first PV also making its debut – and seeming to give off a much more serious aura than the series has previously shown.
The PV, along with detailed information on the show’s sexy female cast had been revealed through its official “harem king” website:
Both the trailer and the released visual seem to be focusing quite a bit of their attention towards main heroine Rias and the perverse protagonist – Highschool DxD BorN will premier April of next year.

Don't know if Sunrise is willing to continue though as the real drive for the 1st/2nd season was the author himself, drawing all the material art beforehadn.
Horizon got a good amount of BD/DVD sales, and they were competing with SAO and Accel World at that time.

Calculating the average of recent years, Issei is one of the few mc in anime that did something ..
There is plenty of material from the Light Novels to go on and Season 3 is not too much of a surprise.
I hope we get to see Issei´s overdrive mode and if they get all the way to the Young Demon´s Tournament, then I predict an amazing series, with some ecchi to boot.
If we get to Koneko´s "in-heat" part, well...
Did I just see Rossweisse in that season 3 trailer? Didn't think I would see her until season 4 at the earliest.
She appeared briefly in vol 5 and season 2 ends at the beginning of vol 5. She's in her valkyrie gear so that means the season might focus on vol 7 or more.
Maybe they'll try to make a 3 novels season this time...
Unless they extend it to 24 eps it gonna be really rushed. theres a rumor going on the youtube of that preview vid that it might be 24 eps long.

volume 10 would be the best stopping point that they could come up with...but, thats alot of material to get through(even if 1 of the remaining volumes is all filler short stories thats skippable)

The fight at the end of season 2 is basically the point where the series switches over to nearly non-stop "shit gets real" interspersed with moments of the girls fighting over Issei. The first couple novels of material weren't nearly as well written (and probably not planned for a long term story at the time). The author dropped a few hints of potential stuff earlier, but the introduction of Vali is really were things switch into high gear.

A weird preview, they made it look as if Isei and Rias became enemies, which is not the case
