Dragon Ball Discross Unveiled

Revered fighting series Dragon Ball Z has received an animated PV for its upcoming Gashapon arcade game – in an attempt to perhaps milk what is left of the franchise before it inevitably resumes rotting in its rather shallow grave.
The arcade game revolves around players collecting small discs emblazoned with the hulked-out portraits of the show’s masculine fighters, which act as currency and allow players to actually use the machines – the discs themselves can be purchased at capsule machines for ¥100.
The anime-inspired PV:
The announcement of a new anime season rather than some cheap Gashapon knock-off would likely have garnered a much greater reaction from fans – Dragon Ball Discross will be playable December 24th, perfect timing for those not able to attend KFC/a love hotel with their paramours.

You're reading too much into it. This article for example, isn't negative about Dragon Ball itself as much as it's about the IP holders letting the franchise rot while still having the audacity to milk it.
I never actually found SC to be negative about any anime, manga or game that didn't also deserve it in some way or another.
I come here for the pictures. Never read the articles. Also try not to read the comments if you can avoid it.

New Dragonball game and movie coming out next year...the series aint rotting but expanding. To each his own. Most of the guys on my job who watch anime love just about anything Dragon Ball Z related (except GT) including Battle of the Gods. They'll probably love this new movie coming out as well.

I don't why everybody is saying that "DBZ is dead". Last I heard , that they are going to make, if not in the process of making new epsiodes. I think (correct me if im wrong)that the new series is supposed to take place before the Majin Boo saga,Or after.
