I agree with you bro, these people don’t seem to understand how animation works. Budget is a serious bottleneck for shows like these. A show with average budget will have a few episodes where you will see a few instances where they rely on these kinds of frames to exaggerate movement and create the illusion of movement. It rarely happens and when it does, it does in an eyeblink. But what can you do, some guys are prissy princesses with giant dildos up their ass, everything they get has to be perfect even if it has only meh budget.
