A mahou shoujo themed spin-off manga for yakuza romcom Nisekoi titled “Magical Patissier Kosaki-chan” has been revealed, featuring the shy Kosaki Onodera as the magical girl in question – and sure to be a refreshing change of pace from the original’s romantic escapades.
The first issue of Weekly Shonen Jump! for 2015 served as the bearer of the news, stating that the manga will be available online through Shonen Jump Plus:
Information is scarce, but the inclusion of “Patissier” in the title along with Onodera’s distinctly chef-like attire and inadequate cooking skills could very well indicate that the title will be well baked.
Is doing spin-offs really that profitable? I’ve seen fairytail do it but damn.. this too?
Team onodera ftw
oh ffs…
these baking puns don’t seem fully cooked
looks way better than the main series will be checking this out
