I had high expectations for this adaptation since I am a massive fan of the Visual Novel trilogy and in the end they butcher it up like this....they should of have made the show 24 episodes long and took their time with each arc, 1 or 2 episodes for each arc is nowhere near as what is needed to retell each of the characters stories, Michiru's arc had so many good parts removed *sigh* well time to buy the games on the Vita and replay them to wash away this bitter taste
Most people expected it to be 24, you just cannot in any way shape or form animate something like Grisaia in 12 short episodes and make it good/coherent.

I think he's talking about how it was animated. If you take a closer look at it that you'll find out it wasn't animated properly. I don't really care all that much myself as long as words are maintained but I did notice it.

Not really, and the girls aren't that attractive anyway (unless you're a Pororon Rock fan.) It's about the sad tragic routes because it's based on a nakige (crying game) like Clannad, Kanon, etc. It's emotional drama for boys with lewd pissing scenes as the icing on the cake
I don't know what schools you have gone to but I would definitely not call this a 'school life' anime. The school itself isn't important, it's just a place they are at.
