Rin & Ren Senbonzakura Figures

Vocaloid twins Kagamine Rin and Ren have once again donned their attire from ill-fated Kurousa-P’s wartime masterpiece Senbonzakura for these 1/8 scale figures crafted by Freeing, with the twins looking more elegant than ever – Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Ren will be poised for war’s onset come July.

Rin and Ren can be pre-ordered now, as well as together for those aching for both.

Their names are derived from RIght and LEft, as in the two channels of a stereo system. Unlike traditional Japanese names, there is no ambiguity about their English spelling.

Ugh... Why do I have the urge to see what's under the skirt...
It's as if even though it is so short, the inside was not shown via these pictures.

Gotta admit that Nazi Germany had the best military uniforms :)

They are actually dressing in a mashup of traditionally Japanese furisode attire and WW2 era Japanese military outfits which were of course inspired by their WW2 allies, the Nazi.

Seriously. The Nazi had crazy cool tech, nice uniforms, classy music, brilliant generals and brave soldiers. It's stupid to think everything about them has to suck just because of the holocaust.

The closing parts of the Second World War features overengineered pieces of crap on the part of the Nazis however. Not to mention purging the effective generals or just outright ignoring them. Dictators seem to have serious vanity and hubris issues all the damn time. Must be occupational hazard.

    Still nice uniforms though.

Hitler treated those around him the way he did because he didn't want them finding any common ground other than loyalty & obedience to him & his ideology. Especially after that bomb-in-a-suitcase incident.

And some nice tanks & subs too. But that gun that needed a train to carry it...
