A parkour video based on the recent “Akiba Stealth” event held in Akihabara has been released, depicting how the event may have panned out if its participants were as acrobatically-inclined as the franchise’s protagonists, and the local police as permissive as those overseas.
“Akiba Stealth” was a collaboration event between Ubisoft and Microsoft in promotion of AC Unity’s upcoming Xbox One release, where 100 randomly chosen gamers stalked the streets of Akihabara in search of “artifacts” through the use of an “iBeacon” smartphone app – the unfortunate winner received an Xbox One, whilst runners up obtained Assassin’s Creed merchandise.
The parkour video, in tribute to the event:

This is stupid. Ubisoft said they would never make an AC game in Japan because it would be too boring.
Why the f♥♥k are they even bothering with this s♥♥t again?
They’re bothering because they want to raise sales in Japan. It’s not like they are planning on an AC game set in Japan.(Which would really be boring since most of the stuff Japan did in the last millennium was about fighting each other. Also the setting would be too common in all forms of media. Unless they make out Queen Himiko as one of the survivors of the 1st Civ or at the very least is another Sage.)
So where is the parkour?
They’re not police, they’re security guards.
