First I don't think she was actually raped(as in sexually) and second I highly doubt she will be taking revenge on the prison guards.
If anything, she isn't even in the position to take revenge on anyone since all of what happens is mostly her fault.

That looked like anal probe cause it showed blood coming out of the ass in the pic where she was laying down on the floor. The object had to of been big and sharp and was not lubed to cause that result.
