They already violated the "harem" rule by having him be in an official relationship with one of the girls.
They resolved the other rule violation in this last episode by having the one other guy that is showing interest in one of the members of the MC's harem try to rape her so that the MC can rush in and save the day while also eliminating the other potential love interest that is after his harem candidate.
So I can only imagine they'll resolve the initial broken rule by having Asuna back down from "monopolizing" him and accepting the fact that she has to "share" him with the other girls.
All I know, nay guarantee, is that the last scene of the last episode will have Sinon transferring her character to ALO to join the Kirito harem.

if you actually took time to look into the story, and by that I mean the novel, not your shitty assumptions, you might have as well known, they guy was not trying to rape Shino, for which it would not even be the second time that drama device was used, which is what you seem to be pointing here, he wanted to do a romantic suicidal scene, he did not want to rape her, he wanted to kill her and kill himself while hugging her in his last breath. Don't tell me you never done anything shameful when you are alone and nobody is watching, human beings isn't saints. All kind of situations can happens in our daily lives, the story is just adding some "realistic" touch to the plot.
Just so that you know, there are people out there criticizing anime for every single flaws or inaccuracy of information/facts. Oh yeah, they should downplay things to the level of Disney such that even small kids can watch it, or they could advance the story the typical way(then complains about cliche). If that's what you desire, go watch some Disney cartoons instead.
