I love K-On! as much as the next person, but why her in 2nd? She doesn't really do much if anything. She may have that 'cool' one of the 'crowd' qualities but she's no different to any other guitar loving 20/30s woman. I get the feeling she's only on that list because K-On! is a huge hit there, the movie even sold 104,644 copies on Blu Ray. Same reason why Love Live! fills up most polls too.

Well, she actually does something from time to time, like getting a concert in a live house or giving the girls tickets for a msuic festival for free. The thousand of handmade T-shirts for HTT's last concert was a really nice "things a teacher does for their students" at least.
But the character itself is so 1 dimensional, there's no depth to her. There are more deserving characters than her further down the list.
