Udon has finally released the first fully translated English edition artbook of Compile Heart’s gratuitously sexualised satirical RPG series Hyperdimension Neptunia, covering art from games one and two in loving detail.

I'm not too familiar with this franchise, but I know the general principal.
So, can someone tell me, is there a PC representative, like maybe for Steambox, or are they're only consoles?
Yellow Heart.
You can tell by the size of her boobs, and how she kicks all the other CPUs' asses in one of the fights.
According to the Neptunia wiki, Yellow Heart from Victory was supposed to be the PC Engine (TurboGrafx-16 in Japan). It really wasn't very clear in that game. The Atari also shows up in that game. Weird timetravely things going on in that one.
The other way around, the PC Engine was the TG-16 in the West. And yeah, Yellow Heart is definitely the PC Engine, she has the Turbo Duo's bay doors across her chest.
There's also the bit about her actually.. being incredibly dumb. Because the TG-16 wasn't a true 16-bit system at all and cut some serious corners.

well the artwork tells somethings of the characters bios and somethings they do that that aren't said in the game, so yes it needs to be translated.
Descriptions, interview and all the other "user interface" text.

That's the funny thing. I figured it was an overreaction, but I was surprised by how much of an overreaction. The game was barely worthy of the word scandalous. God of War had more eroticism than Nepotunia. But I loved the story and can't get enough of the parodies.
