This series was such a disappointment. It started off strong enough, but the plot went almost NOWHERE until the last 3ish episodes, and even then it felt like it left a lot unexplained. I could have forgiven the slightly sub-par animation, or the rather boring characters, but the plot delivery was just terrible. Not sure if even uncensored fanservice will get me to watch it again.
it wasn't more than guro fanservice for sick minded people from begin with.
I don't think enjoying a little gore now and then makes you sick minded, and I enjoy a good slaughter from time to time, but the way the deaths were executed ( haha) in this was just boring. None of it was really epic.
Also, the ending was just pure bullshit. No happy ending, nothing to make any of their struggle really worth anything. They essentially went back to square one.

I have to say this was a decent anime I rather enjoyed it, just wish it was longer.
It's a very botched adaptation though. Rushed pacing and omitting important things to just get to the ending.

Might seem so for the nonce, but they had time-reversing cabilities, among others, at the writers' disposal, so if a second season ever comes to fruition, I wouldn't be surprised if some of these missed but promising ideas were to be re-told, in a flashback or on other terms. The manga's Mizuka arc could be improved upon, but it is quite original and entertaining.
