7 o'clock draw is a horrible position for a holster.

Think of your belt as a 12 hour clock. Her holster is at the 7 o'clock position (aka around the middle of her left butt cheak). Thus the 7 o'clock draw. Most people have there holsters at the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock (depending on left or right handed) for faster drawing.
Oh I see now. You'd have to stretch your arm a bit more just to draw that gun on her back. That's rather impractical.
She's a sniper, so she has to lay on the ground a lot, having the holster on a side might be unconfortable
Going prone with a holster at the 7 o'clock esp with that extended mag would be worse than having it at the 3 or 9 o'clock position.
i always keep mine at 3 o'clock, it feels odd with it behind me, plus it's easier to make sure that someone else doesn't grab it that way
