It's the exact same light novel formula spammed across all labels, that's for sure.
Almost everything about this anime felt generic and uninspired. Even Queens Blade had more defining qualities than this.
I won't deny that it feels extremely similar to like....every fantasy light novel out there. But it's not zero no tsukaima. IMO it's better.
ZOT is pretty bad, but this anime is utter garbage.
