why did the doc decide to put the ghoul organs in? why didn't he tell the kid? was his plan to get someone rampaging in the city? ghouls already do that, so wtf? why did everyone involved keep silent? why did they not keep watch on the kid? this has potential to come back and bit him (literally) and putting the reason in volume 9000+ is just hack writing.
so, in short, bad writing.
