Project Diva F 2nd has all the Japanese song text replaced with English subtitles, which Sega has formally announced in a PV:

Hot dam ! too bad i dont own any hand held video game machines or a ps3 or ps4...
Sell off your xbone and get a real console.
Sell of your ps4 and get a PC, plebian.
#masterrace
Sell off your PC and get an Ouya.. oh wait..
Was pc a game console?
Every time I see Ouya, I hear an extreme accented Australian say Oh Yeah
PC is like a magical game console that runs games from the future, has unlimited access to porn and with minimal tweaking will toast bread. (Or teleport it)
I feel sorry for those who bought an Ouya, its basically a very weak android phone(In terms of specs) inside a case, with a cheaply made controller.
The games mostly are done by shit tier indies. Very few are worth it.
still not english voice
Are you 1 of those fags that watch english DUBBED anime? If so, please die so the rest of the world can be spared from the atrocity that is english DUBs.
Personally, I'd rather have a good dub of an anime than just a subbed version. Sadly, there aren't very many anime dubs that would be considered "good"...
May it never happen
Worst Idea 2014.
Once you cleared all non-DLC songs and after the credits rolled, you will hear "Thank you for playing". It was VERY cringeworthy.
you might as well call her michelle hunter, turn her blonde, give her DDs, and a viral sex tape campaign.

lawl I'm american. I've seen english iterations of vocaloid voices, check youtube for poker face by Miku Hatsune.... you will see(and hear?) why english is a terrible idea for audio. I was hoping for the english subs on Project Diva, I went through extra trouble to buy it too, and I'm a pirate. I was disappoint to not have Eng Subs.
i hope the romaji subtitles are still an option :S
yes you can switch now. it only took them two years to figure that out.
Not only is the romaji available--you can even switch back to Japanese characters! The only reason they didn't have English subs before this was because they had to go through way too many legal loopholes to make the subtitled version possible. They almost had it all done in the first game, but it would've been incomplete if they had released only what they had permission to put in. This time, they had much more time to go through all the procedures, so they made it a reality.
That's awesome to hear. Not being able to know what the song meant beyond vague (and often wrong) guesses based on the video was one of my complaints about the previous one.
wish i had to money the pre-order this. I was forced to by a new external HD after my other one died. Also it comes out this winter. 12/31.
Where is Gumi? ;_;
gumi and gakupo are owned by a different company
gumi sucks anyway
FINALLY! This was by far the biggest problem I had with the previous titles (especially the "english" versions).
Damn strait. You owe us because of Pearl Harbor.
Can't tell if serious. Please let this be a joke.
