Australian Atelier fans seem to have been enjoying all the sexual violence on offer in notoriously depraved adults-only RPG Atelier Rorona Plus, now on sale wherever such filth can escape the censors…

The terms East and West referred to this way are a holdover from the days when the "known world" was limited to mostly the Eurasian continent. When you hear the term "Western civilization," or more colloquially "The West," it's talking about cultures that stem from Europe, especially the Commonwealth nations (i.e. British colonies), which basically includes the US.
That's oversimplifying it, but that's the general gist.
If anyone is somehow still confused, look at it another way: Words in language aren't always meant to be taken literally. There's a context for everything.
For example, saying the Australian Classification Board sucks dicks doesn't literally mean they suck dicks... although it might not be surprising if they do.

All Scandinavian countries officially support and use PEGI, though. This particular game is rated 12 by PEGI for "Non realistic looking violence" and "Mild bad language".
You can find this game in Sweden,age 12 and up. A couple of years back some people tried to pretend the first version of Neptunia was criminal to own. However all subsequent versions of Neptunia have been sold without an issue. Feminazi power in Sweden is limited and is most persistant in Swedish media.
