That the R18+ rating somehow stuck and now puts the title on par with the gory murder-sims western gamers are more accustomed to seeing bearing such ratings seems testament to just unfavourably such content is viewed overseas – although it does at least make a change from being rated down by western gaming industry shills for being too cute.

It is Rated T for Teen in the US so… no it is not Rated as an 18+ game in the “West”
