With a dimensional pocket that gives it easy and full access to a huge arsenal of seemingly-innocent gadgets that actually doubles as weapons?
Dokodemo door practically rips the fourth dimension apart, take-copter for instant flight capability, kuuki-hou as unlimited projectile weapon, small/huge light that can fuck you up with a single flash, time furoshiki that can turn you into either an infant or withered bones, bestfriend telecard that calls for other doras to gangbang you up and many, many more. And even if by miracle it all doesn't work, there's the time machine for him to screw you up even before you're born.
Yeah, Doraemon's very, very strong indeed.

@20:01 that might work against robots that relies on normal sci-fi tech but how about magic shit like EVA-01? EVA-01 in berserk mode simply rip apart invincible foes, tear through dimensions and regenerate damage.

Well the Macross class ships also can be considered mecha though not particularly powerful by some scifi capital ship standards they are still very powerful by mecha standards.
The reflex gun is probably comparable to weapons like the colony gun, Libra etc.
They have a space fold drive which gives them a mobility advantage in space though this is useless on or near the surface of a planet.
One of them esp if it had the full force field employed by the SDF-1 could solo the Gundam Seed universe.
Then there's the Koenig Monster which fires reaction warhead missiles pretty much a form of nuclear weapon so if it got the first hit it would destroy the RX78 and Strike Freedom and could probably take out capital ships and colonies in the various Gundam universes.
Forget the little Valkyries, what about Macross itself?!, It could wipe out any of the others with just It's FAILED shield xD
SO the SDF-1 wasn't powerful, even though it blasted a whole alien armada, which i thinks most mechs in this list never did.
Uumm..Ideon blew up the entire F- universe which no mecha could've done that.
I never questioned Ideon's power, i only said Macross mechs were powerful too.

I don't mean that it's automatically targets the cockpit, I mean it teleports the mother-fucking beam INSIDE the cockpit. Dodge THAT! Turn A can also regenerate. Not just itself, but this thing can regenerate THE PILOT. From DEATH. Name one other Gundam that can do that.

I do not count fully autonomous "suits" as mecha. But also Eva unit is not mecha, it's angel in armor
Arale Norimaki and Doramon also are completely autonomous and even self aware on a human level.
They're technically they;re not mech but robots or androids in Arale's case.

Eva is considered mecha since someone is just lazy to come up with new category, for me, is calling eva mecha insult, not that I hate the genre, but eva is something more, it's milestone, like gits and akira and if you put something great like that in category you are degrading it. Like if you say about some anime that it's harem, everyone knows 60-80% of the "plot" before seeing even opening of the show
