An already successful Kickstarting of the English edition of the rest of Spice and Wolf author Isuna Hasekura’s lunar economics visual novel should see it released in 2015 – with one of the “stretch” goals a PSV version and an HD upgrade already in the bag…
Sekai Project’s localisation of the first part of the trilogy (now available on Steam) was successful enough to lead straight into the next two parts, which are now funded along with an HD upgrade of the graphics.
The OPs so far:
The blurb:
What is WORLD END ECONOMiCA?
Written by Isuna Hasekura, the author of Spice and Wolf, WORLD END ECONOMiCA is a three part visual novel set in the far future on the moon, 16 years after humans have begun to colonize it.
A young boy named Haru has been chasing his wildest dream — to stand where no man has stood before.
To do so he needs capital… a ludicrous amount of capital.
What better place to get that much money than by using the stock market?
Those interested in further pledging their support for the project – which at this point probably means securing one of the several editions available or trying to bump it over $100,000 for the sake of a PSV version – can do so on the official Kickstarter.

How to become rich (anime version): create a visual novel about how to become rich.
you think "anyone" gets rich on visual novels? you clearly dont know anything about the industry. even Key, the biggest name in the industry by far is struggling. no one "gets rich" on visual novels. the industry just isnt that big. its a tiny industry where "success" means not going out of business immediately
Is Type-Moon struggling, too?
Struggling to come up with new content instead of milking fate.
Didn't they release Mahou Tsukai no Yoru and Fate/Apocrypha in 2012? I see nothing wrong with expanding their franchises. It's what I want them to do anyway.
Still don't see why we need a Fate/Stay Night remake.

First FSN anime was not very good. At lest majority think that (it was fine for me, animation aside, since I think about it as another route - same as with manga).
Then we had pretty good adaptation of FZ and others. So now they making (presumable) good adaptation of original VN (well, Realta Nua version, I guess), and maybe they make all three routes as three separate seasons, or just make highly anticipated Heavens Feel.
Do I need to explicitly tag it with "irony"?
Most of the fun in anime about history of economics is exactly because you are learning things about times long past - you can see all the ingenious swindles and scams.
But if you are creating a story set in the future, you have to invent something new, and those things are very hard to come by (anyone that can readily invent them is already a billionaire or at least a Nobel prize owner).
Maybe not options open to everyone aren't always there. So who really knows
Glad to see some VNs coming to Steam. Hopefully, Sekai will finish translating Fault quicker. And perhaps one day, we may see Neptunia coming to PC/Steam.
It's coming to Vita? Nice, I'll be waiting for that version then.
There's no vita version unless they make it past $100,000.
The already unlocked port is for an android version.
Great. Now Magipoka season 2 and Spice and Wolf season 3.
>kickstarter
dont worry, it aint happening
Season 3 Spice and Wolf already, that ending is just asking for it...
I agree. Immediately after Magical Pokaan.
Just read the light novels. All of them have already been translated since a year or so..
There's no point, because it'll take at least 2 more seasons, if not 3 to finish the material. If they do a Season 3 of Spice and Wolf and end it like they did the 2nd, the painful wait would just continue again.
Does this have any relation to the World's End Vocaloid songs?
Beside about economy, are there any sex scenes or mutiple routes?
*child catgirl rape scenes and multiple oraface jamming and choking.*
And anal explosions too.
Ehh, not much into that. I just enjoy the rape and the faces of pain in kids. No actual sick stuff like scat.
I was joking dude.
omg yes, the best way to learn about stocks.
Who needs the stock market when you can con people into giving you free money on Kickstarter?
BIG THUMBS UP FOR ME! WE NEED MORE PSVITA GAME OVER HERE :D
