vol 6 of ln came out one or two months ago so it is just 1 cour, maybe later we will get a season 2

The BD sales don't neccessarly have to be 'good' plenty of anime have had further seasons with 3000-5000k sales.

When you look at say the Fairy Tail DVD sales in Japan(Which are awful) you'd see that studios like (A-1, who also are doing SAO S2) will make anime to advertise the manga lol
