    It's more or less a fetish in anime form in my opinion. A lot of the fetish I like mostly lean towards the 2D form, and this would be an example of such.     Nipples do not look like that, they do not look like really long water bottle tops on top of pancakes. They don't look like water bottle tops period or the orange nozzle of an Elmers school glue bottle. Why the hell do hentai artists draw them that way. This is like my 12th time seeing that.     I think every hentai and ecchi artists should take an anatomy class dedicated to female anatomy. You know, how breasts bounce, how the spine works,the anatomy of a vagina and of course HOW TO DRAW NIPPLES! (Seriously, they are hot hard to fucking draw.) That way when the female form is exaggerated in art at least they resemble an actual human.

    I guess you guys ignored the 'That way when the female form is exaggerated in art at least they resemble an actual human' part. I expect exaggeration in anime, but...they barely even resemble the real thing. My lighting fixture resembles a human breast more than Aki's actual breasts, so yes I will criticize the crappy boobs. That's some Sailor and the 7 Ballz level art there. Too bad though, the character herself is quite lovely, but those Elmer's nozzle nipples...
