Look at all the elitist weeaboos bitching about subjective nonsense. Go beat off or something.
Probably one of the worst descriptions of an episode I’ve ever seen. It’s a fucking new arc.. They’re going to cover roughly 4(assuming equal length) of them in the first 26 episodes of the show.. The start of most arcs in any show are usually slow because they have to lay the groundwork for whats going on. That being said, EP.8 of MKKNR is literally full of interesting tidbits about the characters in the show. It links more people together in the character web as well as finally explaining why the main character has what is an apparently super-rare CAD. There is so much going on and yet you choose to point out the 5 seconds of fucking service in the whole episode, and to add insult to injury decide to blur out a fucking gun to look like a penis? Childish.
actually, they do this to almost any anime. Sankaku seems to focus more on Fan service as much as possible, thus not as reliable if you’re going for an episode summary imo.
I hope it becomes more of a trend in anime to have more of the awesome intellectual kind of protagonist.
He makes the impossible possible!
What are you talking about the man is a walking cliche. Intellectual protagonists are nothing new. Legends of Galactic Heroes, and more recently, Code Geass. But what’s shitty about this one is the fact that if you read the novels, you’ll soon figure out he’s one of those undefeatable uber strong and brilliant for no reason protagonist. And that’s not even the worst thing about him. He just fucking breeze through every single enemy encounters. There was never any sense of possible dangers or urgency with him. It then became quite clear that the whole thing is a dull as hell masturbatory right wing literature written by a salary man with inferiority complex wanting to self-insert.
The whole thing just screams “I’m actually a super duper awesome cool dude with limitless potentials! It’s the fucking society that is misjudging me with an unfair system that works against me that I ended working at a unappreciated repetitive dead end salary desk job! Oh, also, those damn foreigners just wanna keep Japan down! So this is likely their faults, too!” about the author.
Why do I get the feeling he is Chuck Norris reincarnate in Anime? XD
Way better than 95% of the shows these days with protagonist being a complete wimp, slowly developing into a less cowardly wimp to only shine for last episode of the show, or worse, the indecisive, mr.internal monologe man.
Glad to know you hate it, I like it though.
You too. Since when were your tastes the best for everyone else? Since when did you decide whether a taste is s♥♥t for the best for somebody? You have your own taste which suits you best, I have my own. Deal with it.
u have s♥♥t taste
The no “sense of defeat or danger” is why I stopped reading the novels. It’s okay for a bit but becomes a bore when it happens all the time.
Also Erika (my favorite character) seemed to fade into the background as other girls were introduced. Boo!
Guess I’ll have to go back and read everything I missed. I stopped before the Yokohama Incident, just glanced at chapter reviews.
really? She (and her brothers) are central pieces in Yokohama Disturbance and Visitor Chapter. In vol 12, mikihiko make some comments to tatsuya about his worries with her…and by vol 13, it looks like some of those worries are becoming reality.
Emi’s design is kind of meh…
A Shame I had to miss this on Saturday.
