Hatsune Miku has recently “starred” alongside R&B artist Pharrell Williams in a new music video, marking Miku’s latest mainstream US triumph – and serving as yet another stepping stone in the virtual diva’s quest for world domination.
The music video showcases Miku, Pharrel Williams and Livetune dancing to a remixed version of “Last Night, Good Night” (originally composed by Livetune) as illustrated by contemporary artist Takashi Murakami.

While not the first instance of Miku appearing with mere humans, an appearance with a top tier US R&B artist is likely an important first, more so with her impending collaboration with reigning queen of US pop Lady Gaga.
