Japan’s top JAV publisher DMM has officially gone live with its recently announced English language edition R18.com, which already boasts an absurd 200,000 full length adult movies, and plans to keep adding them at a rate of 2,000 a month.
Along with 200,000 movies (essentially the entire catalogue already available to Japanese users) featuring “over 20,000” (or put more disturbingly, some 0.03% of Japan’s female population), there are also 5,000 adult manga titles and a full selection of ero-anime available for 2D fans.
DMM’s enormous size within the Japanese adult content market easily ensures it is now the largest English language source of Japanese adult video, and DMM say they intend to extend this international access over much of the rest of their content empire in the near future.
