Can someone tell me is this anime genuinely good?
I don't care if it has good story or fanservices, but is this really worth watching or just another typical harem?
the start of the story looks VERY cool. But the animation itself turns into a generic harem. The story development from start to climax is kinda good though. Worth watching comparing with the animations of this season
There's also a looming sense of foreboding throughout that is leading to something but its buried underneath a lot of the usual harem shtick.
Still entertaining as a harem comedy but not much else.
Terrible pacing, poor story telling, and bad plot development make it bad for me. By the second episode, he has 5 girls as a part of his harem with a I'm here with a convenient excuse introduction. Frankly the thing that's saving this show for me is that the first two girls are beautifully drawn and are adorable. I can't help but find Akane very endearing after the first episode.
If you like rapid-fire comedy and/or harem, this might be for you. Gotta admit, no matter how much I watch it there is always the feeling that the next episode will somehow top the current one's shenanigans, plus there are still the things with the MC's past looming over the plot. Also, the MC is actually cool for once rather than a wimp like Rito and has his share of awesome moments.
I would say that he is just like any other MC in that he is passive in his harem development and only does amazing or impressive feats at the right times. The thing that sets him apart is the traumatic incident he had that looms over him at all times.
It's so bad, got 3 episodes in but it's so so bad.
